About the Role

Build production-grade AI systems that execute end-to-end workflows in automotive operations. Work with multimodal AI, real-time processing, and complex integrations to create scalable backend infrastructure that powers autonomous AI agents. You'll own critical systems from design through deployment, working closely with our ML and product teams to ship features that directly impact our customers.

Tech Profile

• Design and implement robust backend systems for AI agent orchestration
• Build APIs and services that handle complex automotive workflows
• Optimize performance and scalability of real-time AI systems
• Integrate with third-party automotive and dealership systems
• Own the full lifecycle of backend services — from design to deployment and monitoring

Must Have

• 5+ years of backend development experience with Python, Node.js, or Go
• Strong expertise in building scalable, distributed systems
• Experience with databases, message queues, and caching systems
• Passion for AI and automation technologies
• Founder mindset: ownership, independence, and willingness to go deep
