Service Text Messaging

How dealership service text messages work, and how to opt in or out.

Last updated: July 1, 2026

The program

Program name: Revion Dealership Service Messaging. Revion provides the text-messaging platform that automotive dealership service departments use to keep their customers updated about vehicle service. When you opt in, you receive text messages from your dealership, sent via Revion, about your repair order at the mobile number you provide.

What you'll receive

  • Appointment confirmations and reminders
  • Service status updates (for example, when your vehicle is ready for pickup)
  • Inspection results and recommended services for your approval
  • Replies to questions you send us

Example messages:

  • "Hi Jane, this is Courtesy Ford Service. Your 2021 Ford F-150 is ready for pickup. Reply with any questions, or STOP to opt out."
  • "Hi Jane, we've started work on your 2021 Ford F-150 and will keep you posted. Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help."

You opt in on this page, using the form below: enter your mobile number and check the consent box. Your dealership may direct you here when you book or drop off your vehicle.
